The Associate Degree of Hospitality Management has been designed for individuals who recognise the need to develop themselves for successful leadership in contemporary hospitality organisations.
The course will provide a strong background in all
aspects of Hospitality Management. An increasing
number of employers prefer those with a university
qualification for management positions in addition to
professionalism, experience and a positive attitude.

Duration: 2 years Full-time or Part-time equivalent
Course structure
The Associate Degree of Hospitality Management requires a minimum of 240 credit points and normally requires two years of fulltime study or the part-time equivalent.

Professional associations
The Associate Degree of Hospitality Management is accredited by the Institute of Hospitality, a professional management association for managers in the hospitality, leisure and tourism industries. This entitles graduates to apply to the Institute for associate membership.
