The Human Resource Management Major from the Bachelor of Business is designed to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to operate the human resource management function in organisations, or be in a position to manage human resources.
The complexity of this function is continually increasing with the ever-expanding legislative developments and human resource management has also become an integral part of organisational strategy.

Professional associations
The Bachelor of Business with a major in Human Resource Management is accredited by the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI). Students must complete both the Bachelor of Business and major in Human Resource Management units to be able to apply to the AHRI for professional membership.
