The Bachelor of Marketing is designed to give students the theoretical knowledge and practical skills needed for a stimulating career in marketing. The program provides a general overview of marketing and the skills required to successfully communicate messages, understand consumer behaviour, research a
market, use appropriate promotional techniques and apply marketing strategies to solve problems and meet customer needs. The industry placement unit allows students to refine their skills in a real-life situation, adding to their career advantage.
Course structure
The Bachelor of Marketing involves 24 units (360 credit points) and requires 3 years full-time or the part-time equivalent. To graduate, students must complete a minimum of 6 units (90 credit points) at Level 3 and can study a maximum of 10 units (150 credit points) at Level 1.

10 Supporting Major / Minor / Elective units
Students can choose to study a Supporting Major, minor or elective units. Check the credit point value of units from outside the Faculty to ensure the requirements of the program are met.
