The Graduate Certificate in Business Law is designed for persons who have extensive professional experience in Accounting, Marketing or other business activity, but do not possess graduate level qualifications.
The course is also suitable for professionals who wish to update or increase their knowledge of legal impacts on professional or business activities. Teaching focuses on the application of legal concepts and practices relevant to the business or corporate environment.
Admission Requirements
A recognised undergraduate degree OR a minimum of five years relevant professional experience.

* Unless the student has Commercial Law or equivalent from a previous University course, the student must study Commercial Law prior to enrolling in Company Law.
** Company Law is a prerequisite unless the student has Company Law or equivalent from a previous university course.
