The global labour market and changing attitudes to work and life quality impact on organisations and individuals. These influences have created an urgent need for quality career development service provision and professionally qualified career practitioners.
The ECU Master of Career Development optimally positions graduates to take professional practitioner and leadership roles, in workplace contexts. Graduates will have an increased capacity to unlock human potential and help individuals and organisations achieve their aligned goals.
Admission requirements
Entry is available to applicants who have completed an undergraduate degree OR completed an ECU Graduate Certificate in Career Development (or equivalent) and are therefore eligible to apply for advanced standing for Stage 1.
Course Location and Availability
Campus: Off-campus with supplementary materials, and one intensive workshop on-campus component (CDE5122, CDE5126, CDE5127. Provision is made for regional delivery, based on practitioner demand.)
Availability: Part-time
Duration: 2 years part-time
