Management Development Institute of Singapore (MDIS)
The Management Development Institute of Singapore (MDIS), founded in 1956, is Singapore's oldest not-for-profit professional institute for lifelong learning.
In its fifth decade, MDIS has maintained its dedication to professionals through the provision of well-accredited courses, seminars and management services. MDIS also provides the opportunity for individuals to develop professionally through academic programmes in the areas of Business and Management, Mass Communications, Life Sciences, Information Technology and Travel, Tourism and Hospitality Management offered in collaboration with highly acclaimed universities in Australia, France, the United Kingdom and the United States of America.
The success of MDIS ' graduates is attributed to the institute's strong commitment to high quality standards of education. MDIS' exemplary education and business excellence were further endorsed in July 2003 when MDIS achieved the Singapore Quality Class award under a new category created for Private Education Organisations (PEOs). In August 2005, MDIS received the CaseTrust Accreditation for PEOs.
MDIS has representative offices in China, India, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Vietnam. It is also represented by agents in Hong Kong, Kazakhstan, South Korea, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nepal, the Philippines, Taiwan and the United Arab Emirates.
